Tooth Fairy vs Raton Follow up

Well, while I was in Tulsa Josiah lost his first tooth. I just wanted to let you know that it was the tooth fairy that came to our house and not the Raton! Because it was the first tooth she brought $5! Just recently she did her math and realized that in total the Burns children will loose 60 teeth. She is only going to be giving $1 for every other tooth lost.

Way to go Josiah.

Connor had a friend sleep over a couple of months ago. About bed time he came in and said, "I lost a tooth." We thought nothing more of it till the next morning he gets up and comes in and announces, "Well I guess the tooth fairy isn't real, I put my tooth under my pillow and I got nothing last night." While he was eating breakfast I stunk in where his stuff was and stuck a dollar in his pillowcase and later told him he needed to check again.

I'm guessing the kid when home and collected another dollar the next night on the same tooth!

For some reason I can handle everything the kids do, but losing teeth, I go weak at the knees and my stomach drops. Aidan has lost 4 now and Joshua had one pulled that he cracked. All five times I almost lost my lunch, Crazy. Maude even dislocated her elbow and I was fine. Something about the teeth that get me. Way to go Josiah! Love the picture!

I loved the story of Tulsa and you meeting Cory. Your kids are really growing. Enjoy your blog even though I don't comment.
Wanted you to know Lena Powell had fallen and broken her hip. She is in the local hospital for rehab.
love to all,

That picture is priceless! I like the tooth-fairy's thinking. Maybe it could just be half of the previous payment every time. I am going to have to come up with something for Canaan before we get to that time!

My daughter, once upon a time, planned to show me what the tooth fairy had brought her instead of showing us she had pulled the tooth.
We are anxious to hear that your AIMers are there, whenever. They served in Tulia the last semester so they are special to us.
